Objectives

• To outline, delimit, and trace the gaps in HEIs’ collaborative frameworks with the public and private sectors through comprehensive surveys with our partners in Thailand, and Sri Lanka. Filling in these gaps will, among other things, lay the groundwork for the development of project framework leading to entrepreneurships, inventions and innovations
• To involve in the assessment of entrepreneurial competencies and perceptions of university new entrants and other undergraduates to assess their expectations, root causes of lack of entrepreneurship developments, and market mismatch with the graduate profile
• To conduct a systematic literature review and qualitative content analysis to identify and synthesize key factors that enable collaborative inventions and innovation between industry and universities leading to entrepreneurship incubation and development
• To focus on assessing the current state of University-Industry Collaborations in HEIs’ of partner countries and best practices in programme countries, as well as their educational requirements, stakeholder needs, and estimating the project partners’ capacity to provide necessary infrastructure; To shed light on the best practices for UIC, a comprehensive survey framework will be developed.
• To conduct university-Industry engagement camp with multi-stakeholder involvement
• To develop University-Industry Partnership FOUNTAIN framework with the help of findings from detailed qualitative and quantitative survey
