Project Quality Assurance (PQA) is led by SUSL

Objectives

 

  • A comprehensive quality framework will be prepared to establish standards, define objectively verifiable indicators, and describe the means of verification, including internal and external evaluations, in order to achieve project goals. WP6 will be handled by the Project Quality Assurance Committee (PQAC), by coordinating with QA representatives of the work packages and external and independent evaluators.
  • The WP involves establishing a PQAC, quality plan, as well as developing a Quality Assurance plan with EU experts
  • A web-based platform will be developed to map the project activities for the QA process. It is intended to provide standard formats to report progress of activities for all the partners of the project. Facilities will be provided to the partners to upload the evidence to update the project progress, outcomes, modifications of activities, and any other important events. Automatic reports will be generated to support the monitoring process and provide timely recommendations. Internal evaluations will be done by the local representatives of the PQAC attached to the project partners.
  • Onsite and document-based evaluations of the plans, project’s events and activities, and the outputs of the partners will be used for internal evaluation. The annual reports of independent specialists of respective fields pertaining to work packages, will conduct the external evaluations via webbased platform.
  • Preparation of independent reports of evaluation, annual review reports
  • Monitoring of timely implementation of project activities based on KPIs by internal and external evaluators
Description

Maintaining the quality assurance and quality control measures the FOUNTAIN activities play a remarkable role for the project sustainability. Thus, WP6 of the FOUNTAIN attempts to prepare a comprehensive quality framework to establish standards, define objectively verifiable indicators, and describe the means of verification, including internal and external evaluations, in order to achieve project goals. WP6 will be handled by the Project Quality Assurance Committee (PQAC), by coordinating with QA representatives of the work packages and external and independent evaluators. In parallel to PQAC, quality plan, and Quality Assurance plan, a web-based platform to map the project activities for the QA process with EU experts will be developed. The evaluation of the activities, the outputs of the partners will be used for internal evaluation and thereby it aids to prepare independent reports of evaluation, annual review reports.
