The Work Package 3 initiative focuses on developing national and international University-Industry Digital Transformation Platforms. Key objectives include evolving the UIC relational framework, building a robust platform network, organizing innovation workshops, establishing the Global Agro-Industry FORUM (GAIF), and creating an online Impact HUB to enhance student mobility and curriculum development.

The University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, leads this effort with participation from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania, and the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. Initial meetings were held on April 3rd and 8th, 2024.
