The FOUNTAIN team of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna, successfully hosted its annual 3MIT event on June 14^th, 2024, at gapHQ, Colombo 07. The event, promoting university-industry collaborations through graduate internships, brought together talented graduates and industry professionals.

These are some snapshots from the 3MIT-2024 competition. This annual event is dedicated to fostering strong connections between academia and industry through competitive graduate internships. The event provided a dynamic platform for our students to showcase their talents, engage with industry professionals, and gain valuable insights into their future careers. From inspiring presentations and interactive speeches to meaningful networking sessions, 3M IT 2024 was a resounding success. The competition recognized exceptional internship projects and Ms. U.T. Sewwandi was the winner and Ms. M.A. Samaraweera and Ms. A.M.E.R. Bandara secured the 2^nd and 3^rd places accordingly. This successful event underscored the importance of strengthened university-industry partnerships.
