The WP1 of FOUNTAIN project aims at the project management aspect. Thereby, the FOUNTAIN plans to conduct activities and achieve objectives such as managing financial, administrative, and project activities and coordinate project activities among consortium and the stakeholders, setting up a steering committee, holding consortium meetings and kickoff meetings, and finalizing the interim and closure reports. Along with these objectives, maintaining and managing the good governance and transparency of consortium and stakeholders throughout the FOUNTAIN project. Furthermore, rigorous, and professional project management can be used to mentor less experienced partners in project management, contributing to capacity building in an indirect way. The associate partners’ inclusion ensures that SMEs and the private sector, in general, have access.
