Presently serving as Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University and Vice President of Agro-Industry Academic Council Association (AIAC) Thailand. She is also Chairman of the Curriculum Committee for the Higher Research Degree program in Agro-Industrial Product Development. Almost 30 years’ experience in teaching and research at universities. Her research interests include sensory science and consumer research, value-added food product development and functional ingredients. Currently, she is working on texture and flavor development of plant-based meats, value-addition to raw agricultural materials and developing technologies to up-scale pilot plant processes for food industry applications to modernize the food.
Presently serving as an Associate Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University. She has actively engaged with private and public sector in food science and technology, postharvest technology, product development and food quality management. Research interest in dehydration technology, postharvest technology and engineering, and food processing.
Presently serving as an Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University. She has been teaching and working with the food industry in quality management, supply chain management, productivity improvement and lean manufacturing in the food industry.
